C3-grade precision ground ballscrews with direct motor coupling reduce backlash. Larger machines feature oversized Ø63mm ballscrews. Spindle chiller system (oil or water) minimizes thermal growth. Optional coolant-through-spindle (20-70 BAR) enhances chip evacuation. Table T-slots ground to H8 tolerance for accurate fixturing.
