Turning Tools
Coolant jet holder, anti-vibration boring bar facing, grooving, threading, profiling, and parting-off holders
Turning is where most metal parts get their first shape, and the rigidity of the holder or boring bar decides surface finish and dimensional stability more than the insert grade does. This category covers the tool-holding side of the lathe: external turning holders, internal boring bars, and holders for grooving, threading and parting-off.
The decisive factor in selection is usually overhang and clamping, not the insert. Past roughly four times bore diameter a conventional boring bar starts to chatter, and no insert change fixes that — it needs an anti-vibration design or a different support strategy.
We supply both standard holders and made-to-drawing specials from Taiwanese manufacturers. Send a part drawing or your cutting conditions and we will come back with a specific recommendation rather than a catalogue page.

Milling Tools
Carbide end mill, face mill, shell end mill, brand specific cutters, customized holders
This category runs from standard carbide end mills through indexable face and side milling cutters to tools made entirely to a customer's drawing. Current items include the AEHTS-H10 indexable side milling cutter, H-beam end-face milling cutter heads for weld preparation on structural steel, and tungsten carbide T-slot cutters for small-dimension precision work.
Milling has more interacting variables than turning. Toolpath, depth of cut, feed per tooth and coolant strategy all affect each other, and the same cutter behaves differently on a different spindle. We normally ask what material you are cutting, what the machine and holder are, and what the finish requirement is, before recommending anything.
For special geometries, Taiwan's manufacturing network is usually far quicker on low-volume custom work than the European or Japanese brands. That is what most of our customers come to us for.

Holemaking Tools
Drilling, counterboring, countersinking, reaming, and boring tools
Holemaking looks simple and is one of the easiest operations to get wrong. Poor chip evacuation, coolant that never reaches the cutting edge, diameter drift and exit burrs each undo whatever comes after. This category currently covers indexable drills in the WC and SP series and spade drills, both aimed at larger diameters and deeper holes.
When choosing a drill, the depth-to-diameter ratio matters more than the hardness of the material. Beyond about three times diameter, through-tool coolant stops being optional: without it, chips re-cut inside the hole and tool life and hole quality drop together.
Non-standard diameters and depths can be made to order. Send the hole specification and the material and we will tell you what is realistic on lead time.

Industrial Automation Components
Robotic arms, fixtures, jigs, sensors, and automation equipment
This is the part of the process chain that gets overlooked most often and decides yield most often: how the workpiece is held, and how the tool is held. Current items include the AZ zero point positioning system, CNC and mechanical/hydraulic power vises, tool holding systems, vibration damping collet chucks, boring bar sleeves and side holders, collets and guide bushes for Swiss-type CNC lathes, drawbar grippers and fingers, and high-strength screws for cutting tools.
No insert grade compensates for a workpiece that moves. On thin-wall parts and long overhangs the clamping decision usually outweighs the tool decision. Zero point positioning attacks the same problem from another direction, turning changeover from a setup job into a locating job — worth looking at if you run high-mix, low-volume.
Most of these can be matched to your machine interface. Include the machine model and spindle specification with your enquiry and we can answer faster.

Milling Machine
Vertical machining center, horizontal machining center, bed type and knee type milling machines
This category covers the machines themselves: linear way CNC vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, and knee type milling machines. The three suit genuinely different production patterns — vertical machining centers for general volume work, horizontal machining centers where chip evacuation and multi-face access matter on heavier or deeper parts, and knee type mills for one-off work, maintenance and training.
Travels and spindle specification are only the entry conditions. What decides cost over the life of the machine is rigidity, thermal stability, and how far away service sits. Taiwanese machine tools have been strong on all three relative to price, which is why this is one of the categories international customers most often ask us to source.
Tell us the part you need to machine and the volume, and we will come back with a specification comparison rather than a brochure.
OEM
OEM Machining
One-stop solution for metal and plastic parts, from prototype to mass production
This category is not a product, it is capacity. The network ACCuratech works with in Taiwan covers conventional cutting — turning, milling, grinding — as well as metal injection molding, metal stamping and mold manufacturing. For the same part the most economical process changes with volume: a few hundred pieces is machining, tens of thousands may belong in MIM or stamping, and that conversation should happen before anyone quotes.
Our job is to match the part to the right factory rather than push every enquiry to the same one. The decision comes from geometry, tolerance, material and annual volume, and sometimes the honest answer is to split one part across two processes.
Send a drawing and we will tell you straight whether Taiwan is a good fit for it.
IM
Industrial Machines
3D Printing Machine, Dust Collector, and Automation Equipment
This category covers the equipment around the machining floor: 2HP bag-type and 1HP cartridge-type dust collectors, and double-speed and dual-material 3D printers.
Dust collection is often bought as a compliance item, but it feeds straight back into tool life and measurement stability — dust settling on ways and gauges usually costs more than the collector did. Bag-type suits high dust volumes; cartridge-type works better for fine dust and where floor space is tight.
On the 3D printing side, what matters to us is in-house jig and prototype capability. Printing a locating fixture the same afternoon compresses a trial cycle more than any outsourced service can, and dual-material machines earn their place where support material or soft/hard combinations are needed.
