Integral-Shank Cutter for Stable Groove Machining
The AEHTS-H10 Indexable Side Milling Cutter is designed for groove milling, side milling, T-slot machining, and undercut applications.
Unlike modular cutter-and-arbor systems, the AEHTS-H10 features an integral cutter head and shank design. This one-piece construction provides better rigidity, stable positioning, and consistent cutting performance during groove machining.
The cutter uses replaceable carbide inserts, allowing worn cutting edges to be changed without replacing the complete tool.

Why Choose an Integral-Shank Side Milling Cutter?
The rigidity of a side milling cutter directly affects groove accuracy, cutting stability, and insert life.
By combining the cutter head and shank into one solid structure, the AEHTS-H10 reduces the number of connecting interfaces between the spindle and cutting edge. This helps maintain stable cutting conditions, particularly when machining deep grooves or when the cutter is subjected to side cutting forces.
The replaceable insert system also reduces tooling costs and simplifies daily tool maintenance.
