Each machine in this series uses a moving-column layout that keeps the spindle head vibration-free and rigid under heavy cutting loads, paired with a direct-drive spindle for improved precision. All three axes ride on heavy-duty roller-type linear guideways for high accuracy and long service life, while a servo-driven CNC rotary pallet table allows one workpiece to be machined while the next is loaded, minimizing idle time. Scissor-type telescopic way covers protect the slideways and keep motion smooth, and an integrated multi-spout chip flushing system clears chips quickly from the cutting zone. All models come standard with a 2-pallet automatic pallet changer using rotary-style exchange, with pallet change times ranging from 8 seconds on the compact JMH400 up to 18 seconds on the large-capacity JMH1000. Spindle tapers span BT-40 on the smaller JMH400 up to BT-50 on the JMH630 through JMH1000, with spindle motors from 15 up to 26 kW and maximum table loading from 400 kg on the JMH400 up to 2000 kg on the JMH800 and JMH1000, making this series suitable for everything from mid-size production parts to large, heavy workpieces.
