Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about sourcing, products, and support.

Sourcing & Partnership
QWhy should I purchase through ACCuratech Dynamics instead of buying directly from factories in Taiwan?▼
Many overseas buyers are unfamiliar with Taiwan's business ecosystem, manufacturing culture, and supply chain practices. Without local knowledge, it's easy to face challenges in sourcing and communication, which can result in purchasing products that are not the best fit for your needs. At ACCuratech Dynamics, we act as your trusted local partner. With years of hands-on manufacturing and processing experience, we understand production workflows, quality control methods, and certification requirements. We communicate with you directly in English to fully understand your needs, match you with the most suitable suppliers, and oversee every stage from product selection and negotiation to inspection, testing, and delivery.
Ordering & Payment
QWhat is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and typical lead time?▼
MOQ varies by product type: machine tools such as milling and machining centers are generally available as single-unit orders, while cutting tools and accessories may follow the supplier's standard production batch. Lead time is typically 4-12 weeks for standard machines and 3-8 weeks for tooling, depending on specification and factory capacity. We confirm the exact quotation and lead time once we understand your requirements.
QWhat payment methods and terms do you accept?▼
We typically work with T/T (wire transfer), with a deposit upon order confirmation and the balance before shipment. L/C can also be arranged for larger orders upon request. Specific terms are confirmed case by case based on order value and shipping arrangement.
Shipping & Quality Assurance
QHow is international shipping and customs clearance handled?▼
We arrange shipment under standard incoterms such as FOB, CFR, or CIF from Taiwan, and provide full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin to support customs clearance. Freight forwarding and destination-side duties are coordinated with you based on your preferred incoterm.
QDo your machines and tools meet international quality standards or certifications?▼
Yes. Our partner factories operate under ISO-certified quality management systems, and machines can be supplied with CE compliance where applicable. Third-party pre-shipment inspection or factory audits can also be arranged upon request.
After-Sales & Warranty
QWhat after-sales support and warranty coverage do you provide?▼
Machines come with a standard manufacturer warranty covering parts and workmanship. We provide remote technical support, spare parts sourcing, and coordination of on-site service through our factory partners, and continue to assist with troubleshooting and replacement parts even beyond the warranty period.
Product Selection & Technical Advice
QHow do I choose between a vertical and horizontal machining center, or between BT40 and BT50 spindle tapers?▼
The right choice depends on your workpiece size, batch volume, and required rigidity. Horizontal machining centers suit heavy, multi-face production parts with automatic pallet changers for continuous unattended runs, while vertical machining centers are more cost-effective for general-purpose and prototype work. BT50 offers higher torque and rigidity for heavy-duty cutting, while BT40 suits lighter, higher-speed operations. Share your part size and material and we can recommend the right configuration.
QCan my existing tool holders and workholding be used with a newly purchased machine?▼
In most cases yes, as long as the spindle taper and interface match your current tooling. We can review your existing tool holders, collets, and vises before shipment to confirm compatibility, or recommend adapters where needed.
OEM Machining & Customization
QWhat OEM machining capabilities do you offer, and can you handle custom or private-label orders?▼
Our OEM machining network covers CNC turning, 3/4/5-axis milling, grinding, and metal injection molding, supporting materials from aluminum and steel to stainless steel and exotic alloys with precision-grade tolerances depending on process. We also support private-label branding and custom packaging for qualified order volumes - share your drawings and target quantity for a quotation.
Samples & Trial
QCan I order a sample or trial unit before committing to a bulk purchase?▼
Yes. For tooling and consumable items we can arrange sample orders in small quantities. For machines, we offer detailed technical consultation, video demonstrations, and where feasible a factory visit or trial cutting test with your own workpiece material before you finalize your order.
